RSVP IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

• A Minnow last season and did not move up to swim team during the 2019 season (moving up defined as practicing with the 8&U swimmers)
• A Minnow last season and swam in at least one B-Meet
• A new Minnow for 2021
• A new 8&U swimmer to River Falls for 2021

**IMPORTANT: The coaching staff will determine the best placement for each child based on ability and safety. Regardless of whether you signed up for Minnows or Swim Team for the 2021 season, if you meet any of the above criteria you MUST attend evaluations or contact Coach Jason directly PRIOR to the evaluation date.**

INSTRUCTIONS

• Please RSVP by Friday, May 28th for each child who will be evaluated. Follow the instructions on the page to indicate in the comments if your swimmer is new this year or returning to the team.
• Evaluations will take place in 15 minute increments between 5pm - 7:00pm on Tuesday, June 1st (there will be 10 swimmers per time slot). After the RSVP sign-up has closed, you will be emailed a 15-minute window for your child's evaluation (siblings will be kept in the same time slot). Please join us at the first every "socially distant" River Falls senior swim team celebration! In lieu of our traditional banquet, this evening will feature presentation of senior gifts, senior speeches, senior slide show and the senior video!  Open swim from 8:30-10pm for 100 people. Please RSVP if you plan to swim!

When: Saturday, July 20th Time: 5:30pm- 11pm

Where: River Falls Clubhouse

Food: Urban BBQ Cost: $20/pp attending (children 5 and under are free).

Note: This fee includes all banquet costs. A nominal credit card processing fee will be added to your order upon check-out.

WHO - All divisional swimmers are invited to attend with one parent. (Due to space constraints each swimmer may only have one accompanying guest)

WHEN AND WHERE - River Falls Clubhouse on Friday, July 19th at 6pm

COST - $25 per person attending (includes dinner and Divisional's swag for each swimmer). Payment can be made with a credit card via WePay (note nominal credit card processing fee). You may also pay by dropping off a check or cash in the mailbox at 7808 Masters Drive.
